At Soulliere Decorative Stone, we stand behind our installation with a 2-year warranty on new construction and a 1-year warranty on masonry work (does not cover repair/maintenance work done after warranty period). This warranty will cover necessary repairs during the time period specified. Any defective materials are covered by manufacturer warranty.

It is understood and agreed that in the event of defects and the necessity of making repairs, the Owner will immediately notify Soulliere Decorative Stone of its conditions and shall give reasonable time in which to make said repairs. If any person, firm, or corporation other than Soulliere Decorative Stone has, since the completion of the original work, performed or attempted to perform any repairs to the property, this warranty could become null and void.

In addition, Soulliere Decorative Stone will not be held accountable for making any repairs to a job that has been damaged in part or wholly by events of a natural and/or random cause. This includes but is not limited to rain, hail, thunderstorm, flood, fire, earthquake, hurricane, etc.

The warranty will be honored once an inspector representing Soulliere Decorative Stone has visited the jobsite and viewed the concerned area(s).
